High Cotton was established in 2016 by Will King to deliver more durable, energy-efficient homes to our clients. As a full service builder, we are able to draft plans in house or work with an architect to execute a well-built home. Our team will collaborate closely with you to bring your vision to life, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. We specialize in customizing plans to complement your lifestyle, whether it's centered around lakefront living or the need for universal design. Before the luxury finishes, we prioritize advanced framing techniques, air sealing, and superior mechanical design to create a home that is not only beautiful but also energy-efficient, healthy, and comfortable.

We are proud to offer an entire team for your build and can provide the following services in-house: excavation, design, drafting, estimates, project management, finish carpentry and metal fabrication. Because we understand the importance of our client's investment, we also have a dedicated in-house accountant and BuilderTrend software that provide a transparent building experience.
