High Cotton Homes is a full service design-build home building company located in Northwest Alabama, servicing the Shoals, Southern Tennessee, and along the Tennessee River. High Cotton Homes was formed in 2016 by Will King out of a desire to combine current building science with timeless design to deliver high performance, luxury custom homes. Our team is prepared to bring client’s ideas to life with superior quality and craftsmanship beginning with plans, which can be drawn in-house. Clients can customize their home's design to compliment their lifestyle and needs whether it centers around lake life in the Shoals or universal design for aging in place. Before the luxury finishes, we place an emphasis on advanced framing techniques, air sealing, and superior mechanical design to build not only a beautiful, but an efficient and healthier, more comfortable home for our clients. We are proud to offer an entire team for your build and can provide the following in-house: excavation, design, drafting, estimates, project management, finish carpentry and metal fabrication. Because we understand the importance of our client's investment, we also have a dedicated in-house accountant and BuilderTrend software to allow transparency in the financials of construction. At High Cotton, our desire is to provide our clients with a streamlined process and deliver a home that will perform for years to come.
