Since its founding in 1998, Town Builders has been Mt Laurel’s in-house construction company, maintaining the highest building and design standards for the community. Bryan Phillips, Vice President of Town Builders, has served the team for over 16 years and was the builder of the 2016 50th Anniversary Southern Living Idea House. Town Builders is honored to have been selected for Southern Living's Custom Builder Program.
